Director of Strategy, Founder
Domini founded InfoSec Connect, the industry’s first hassle-free recruitment communication platform exclusively serving the information security community. She is also Managing Principal at Blackmere Talent Acquisition & Consulting, a specialty Talent Acquisition Firm with a focus on the information security sector. Domini has been involved in professional recruiting for over fifteen years working in both technical and operational recruiting for Fortune 10 organizations, small and medium sized businesses and federal government contractors.
Domini specializes in difficult to fill positions including; executive placement, cyber security research, classified and unclassified information technology and counterintelligence/intelligence related positions. She serves on the Board of Directors for ISSA (Information Systems Security Association) Utah and recently received the Luminary award from the International ISSA Women In Security Group. Domini is a graduate of University of Utah with a Masters in Social Work and is an AIRS Certified Recruiter.
Director of Client Experience
Erin has been involved in business analytics and professional recruiting for federal government contractors for over 20 years. Erin’s experience includes recruitment of highly specialized doctorate level skill sets in support of energy research positions including life sciences, physical sciences, IT/Cyber and specialized engineering fields. Additionally, Erin has experience in business analytics, proposal writing, program development/administration, and business development roles. Her experience offers demonstrated abilities in managing and developing solution oriented proposals and programs.
Erin is a graduate of University of Idaho with a Bachelors in General Studies with an emphasis in Industrial Technology. She is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources. Erin’s degree emphasis in industrial technology and broad experience in technical recruiting provides her with a strong technical terminology and understanding of skill sets in multiple science, technology, engineering, and math fields.
Kevin serves is the Chief Financial Officer for InfoSec Connect and is responsible for overall financial management of the company and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Tax and long-range planning. He also oversees operations for Blackmere Consulting as well as serving as Clinical Director for Snake River Counseling. He has extensive operations and financial leadership experience and has served in similar roles within multiple industries including recruitment, ecommerce, healthcare and hospitality.
Carol has over 20 years of dedicated technical and executive recruitment experience. As an Executive Technical Recruiter with Blackmere Consulting and a former Sr. Manager of Recruiting for Alcatel, she has built a reputation for recruiting excellence a wide variety of disciplines including hardware, software, wireless systems, ASIC, algorithms, software development and cyber security. Carol has worked extensively with industry leaders and government contractors to satisfy both direct hire and contract recruiting needs. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas with a concentration in public relations.
